Second Amendment

"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

What part of "shall not be infringed" is unclear? Answer: Nothing! The 2nd amendment was originally intended to prevent government from passing any law that would disarm citizens. The right to defend ourselves and our families is a fundamental right given to us by God. The Founding Fathers recognized this and our Constitution reflects that understanding.

A government that is not fearful of its citizens WILL become a tyranny. Once citizens become unarmed the only question is how quickly will their other rights be eliminated.

The Founding Fathers also understood that armed citizens increase national security against foreign invasions. A determined and armed citizenry cannot be successfully occupied for long.
